HOW TO ORDER FROM DOSWAB

Under normal circumstances, customers will purchase our finished swabs, and we will quote according to the quantity of clients. Clients can use their own freight forwarder, or choose our logistics mode of transportation, we will inform the freight, delivery time and transportation time in advance.

Unless you have special swab development needs, we will provide the corresponding equipment or mold quotation according to your drawings or requirements. After that, we will send you the sample. After confirming that it is acceptable, we will provide you with the order service according to the above process.

FAQs

I don't have express account, what should I do?

We offer free samples to companies and individuals, however we don’t provide the free shipment. It means that we will use your express account or your forwarder to send the swab samples.
If you don’t have any express account, for example FedEx, DHL, TNT…You can pay for the shipping cost to our bank account, Western Union, or Paypal, Alipay.

What about your payment methods and terms?

Thanks for your support at first. You can transfer the moneny by the Bank account, Paypal(4.4% fee), Western Union, Alipay, Wechat pay or another Third-party Payment method. As for the payment terms, we do 100% T/T, or 50% in advance + 50% balance payment before the shipment. We support US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar, Singapore Dollar and many other currencies.

If I purchase you directly, can you send them to other countries for me?

Yes, we will send the swabs according to your request.

How do you guarantee the swabs quality?

This is a serious question, so we must give you a clear answer.
From the Materials, Semi-finished product, Finished product, and Warehouse, Lab, Release, we have to do many inspection through the whole production process. To make sure the swabs meet the client’s requirements, we produce the swabs based on ISO9001 or ISO13485.
Besides, most of swabs will have test reports if you need.

I can't find the suitable swabs for my use, what should I do?

Althought we provide various swabs for different customers and using purpose, but it seems that we still don’t know many of the swab uses behind it. If the size or the features of swabs can’t meet your requirements, or you want to ODM services, we support.
Please share us your ideas or 3D design drawing, we will calculate cost for the mold and unit price.

If I find some thing wrong with the swabs, what should I do?

You can check the quantity when you get the swabs by logistics at first, then you need to check if the swabs model is right.
When you find some thing which is not same with the order request, please directly send E-mail to us by using after-sale service.
We will refund the money or negotiate to replenish the missing goods, but that is not our original intention.

I have't got my products, is it can tracked?

If you use our forwarder, usually, after the shipment, we will provide you the tracking number, and we will solve another issues if have until you get the products.
